Return & Refund Policy

Containers/Trailers are large, heavy, and expensive to transport — so returns aren’t as simple as posting back a pair of shoes. Here’s how the process works.

Return window

Standard (non-customised) containers/trailers may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the unit is unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Custom builds cannot be returned.

Inspection

Please look over your container when it arrives. If there is transit damage or the unit does not match what you ordered, note it at the time of delivery and report it to us within 48 hours with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund valid claims at no cost to you — this is separate from, and in addition to, the 7-day return policy.

Return process

1. Email us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.
2. We’ll inspect the unit either at our workshop or at your premises (collection fees apply).
3. If approved, you’ll receive a refund of the trailer price minus a 15% restocking fee and any return transport costs.
4. Refunds are processed via EFT within 14 business days of the unit being received and inspected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in full, typically within 5–10 business days of the returned unit being received and inspected. You will receive written confirmation when your refund is processed.

Custom & modified units

Custom-built or modified containers (added doors, windows, insulation, electrical, paint, or full conversions) are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded except for defects in workmanship.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before dispatch. We will refund amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit or costs already incurred, such as scheduled freight or modifications already underway.
