These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale and purchase of containers and related products from Royal Containers Trailer Suppliers. Please read them carefully before placing an order; by ordering, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from us. You agree that any information you provide when requesting a quote, creating an account, or placing an order is accurate and complete.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, or for 14 days if no period is stated. Submitting a quote request or placing an order does not by itself constitute our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for reasons such as pricing or description errors, stock being unavailable, or suspected fraud. An order is confirmed only once we accept it and payment (or any required deposit) has been received through one of our accepted payment methods.

Product condition and grades

Used containers are sold by grade — for example one-trip, cargo-worthy, wind-and-watertight, or as-is. Used units will show cosmetic wear such as surface rust, dents, and patch repairs consistent with their grade. Photographs are representative; the specific unit delivered may vary in appearance. If a particular feature matters to you, please ask us before you order.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice, but the price shown to you before you pay applies to your order. Accepted payment methods and how and when payment is taken are set out in our Payment Policy.

Delivery, title, and risk

We deliver across the United States as described in our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title to and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery and full payment, whichever is later. You are responsible for ensuring your site is accessible and ready to receive the container.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an order before dispatch, subject to any non-refundable deposit or costs already incurred (such as scheduled freight or modifications already underway). Warranties

Except as expressly stated, used containers are sold on an as-is basis. Any manufacturer or modification warranties that apply will be described to you at the time of sale. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website belongs to Royal Containers Trailer Suppliers or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our products, beyond the value of the order concerned.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised.
